Julie Brown: Multidisciplinary Artist

Julie Brown is a multidisciplinary artist, curator, and fine art logistics specialist based in Troy, New York. With a background in museum studies from NYU and a dual BA in Studio Art and Art History from Marist College and Pratt Institute, her work bridges contemporary art, sacred healing practices, and collective experience.

Her painting practice—often incorporating orbs, veils, and mystic symbolism—explores themes of transformation, surrender, and energetic presence. Julie’s creative expression also includes sound healing, tuning fork therapy, and interactive performance rituals that invite audience participation. Her work has been featured in venues across Troy, including Context Collective, Second Street Studios, and 344 Second Street, and she has curated several community exhibitions focused on art as ceremony and healing.

With over a decade of experience in the fine art world—including roles at Christie’s, Masterpiece International, and Scholastic Art & Writing Awards—Julie brings deep logistical knowledge to her projects, while continuously reimagining what it means to live, make, and heal through art.
